Return & Exchange Policy

At Indianness Jewels, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Each piece is carefully inspected before shipping. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Exchange Policy ensures a smooth process.

1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

• Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags, certificates, and invoices intact.

• Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewelry is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration (by a jeweler other than Indianness Jewels) are not eligible.

2. Process for Return & Exchange

1. Email us at indiannessjewels@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return/exchange.

3. Our team will review your request and share further instructions.

4. Once approved, securely pack the item in its original box and ship it to our designated return address.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

• Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.

• Shipping charges, COD charges, and payment gateway fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

• If you wish to exchange your item for a different design, we will issue a store credit (after deducting applicable charges).

• Store credits are valid for 90 days from the date of issue.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

• We will replace the item at no extra cost, subject to stock availability.

6. Important Notes

• Natural gemstones may have inclusions and variations; these are not considered defects.

• All returns and exchanges are subject to final inspection by our quality control team.

• Indianness Jewels reserves the right to deny any return/exchange that does not meet the policy conditions.
