  • We offer free standard shipping across India on all prepaid orders above ₹3,000 (update as per your offer).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may attract a small handling fee.

  • Standard delivery time: 5–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Express shipping may be available at an additional charge.

3. International Shipping

  • We currently ship to select countries outside India.

  • International shipping charges and delivery timelines vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipping Partners

  • All orders are shipped through trusted and reliable courier partners.

  • For high-value jewelry shipments, we use secure and insured delivery services to ensure safe handling.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will make up to 2–3 delivery attempts.

  • If the package is undelivered due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, it will be returned to us.

  • Re-shipping will incur additional charges.
