Refund Policy

At Indianness Jewels, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All tags, packaging, and certificates (if applicable) must be included.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is approved, we will share the return instructions and shipping details. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest option is to return the product first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you’d like instead.

5. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.
