At Indianness Jewels, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our updated policy carefully.

1. Exchange Only Policy

We offer a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.

Important:

  • All products are exchangeable
  • No returns
  • No money refunds on any item

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All tags, packaging, and certificates (if applicable) must be included.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your exchange request is approved, we will share the exchange instructions and shipping details. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. Damages or Wrong Item Received

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

Please note that certain items cannot be exchanged, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry
  • Sale or discounted items (if marked non-exchangeable)
  • Gift cards
  • Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for an exchange, please contact us before sending it back.

4. Exchange Process

To exchange an item:

  • Submit your exchange request by email.
  • Once the exchange is approved, send the item following the instructions shared.
  • After receiving and inspecting your item, we will process your exchange.
